Limited Edition Artist Collaboration: FIELDS x Michael Taylor

The Field Jacket is cut oversized, making it ideal for layering, constructed in a heavyweight combed cotton twill. It features front patch pockets, angled welt pockets, a single concealed inner breast pocket, and adjustment tabs on the sleeves and side-waist to ensure a perfect fit. The hood can be concealed in the collar, creating a perfect neck protection from the elements. The front zip is dual direction and concealed with a front button stand. The dreamlike artwork on the lining was created in collaboration with Michael Taylor, a Cape Town based narrative artist. His work draws from nature and the human condition. We feel drawn-in by Michael's compositions and use of colour.

The artwork, entitled "Moments Away", represents changing seasons - leaving something behind to explore something new. A personal and reflective experience in which time and nature are calmly and carefully observed. The complementary blue and orange colours symbolise this agreement between shifting spaces, thoughts and intentions.
